THE PROCESS
Every project begins differently. Fever Dream Studio creates a clear path around what the artist has already made, what the project genuinely needs and where it needs to go next.
No bloated package. No mystery process. No forcing the work into a template.

01 / INQUIRY
BRING US THE UNFINISHED IDEA.
Tell us what you are creating, where the project currently stands and what kind of support you may need. You can send music, references, existing artwork, goals, timing and an approximate budget through the project enquiry form.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect brief.
02 / REVIEW
WE WORK OUT WHAT THE PROJECT ACTUALLY NEEDS.
We review the enquiry, identify the core creative and practical needs, and determine whether Fever Dream Studio is the right fit. If more information is needed, we will arrange a follow-up conversation.
Not every project needs music, visual and release support at once.
03 / DIRECTION
THE WORLD AROUND THE WORK TAKES SHAPE.
We clarify the project’s creative direction, intended audience, references, priorities and release context. This creates one connected foundation for the music, visuals and campaign rather than treating them as unrelated pieces.
04 / PROPOSAL
SCOPE, PRICE AND TIMELINE—IN WRITING.
You receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended services, deliverables, project stages, contractor involvement, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, revision allowances and approval points.
Work does not begin until the agreed documents and initial payment requirements are completed.
05 / BUILD
THE RIGHT PEOPLE BUILD THE RIGHT PARTS.
Fever Dream Studio coordinates the approved work across music, visuals and release support. Relevant creative specialists are selected according to the project’s needs, with the studio managing communication, direction and delivery.
The project remains artist-led while the production process stays structured.
06 / REVIEW
NOTHING MOVES FORWARD IN A FOG.
Work is reviewed at defined approval points. Feedback and included revisions are handled within the agreed scope so decisions remain documented and the project continues moving.
Additional directions or deliverables may require a formal scope change and adjusted pricing.
07 / DELIVERY
FINAL FILES. CLEAR CREDITS. READY FOR RELEASE.
Once the work is approved and final payment requirements are complete, the agreed files and deliverables are prepared for handover. Where included, Fever Dream Studio also coordinates release assets and practical launch support.
Specific file types, working-file access and usage rights are confirmed in the project agreement.
01 / CLEAR COMMUNICATION — Project updates, decisions and approvals remain organised through agreed communication channels.
02 / DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES — The proposal identifies what Fever Dream Studio, each contractor and the client are responsible for delivering.
03 / CONTROLLED REVISIONS — Included revisions are clearly stated so feedback can improve the work without sending the project into eternal creative purgatory.
04 / HONEST RECOMMENDATIONS — We recommend what supports the project—not every service we are capable of selling.
To keep the project moving, clients need to provide accurate information, usable source materials, consolidated feedback, approvals and payments within the agreed timeframes.
• Honest goals and budget information
• Authorised music, images, logos and other supplied materials
• One clear point of contact
• Consolidated feedback
• Timely approvals
• Respect for agreed scope and communication boundaries
Project timelines may move when required materials, feedback, approvals or payments are delayed.
MUSIC — A demo, unfinished arrangement, song requiring direction, or music ready for mixing and mastering.
VISUAL — A release needing artwork, photography, video, visual identity or a connected creative system.
RELEASE — A completed project needing campaign assets, release planning and practical support entering the world.
Tell us where the project is now, what you want to create and where you need support. We will review the enquiry and recommend the clearest next step.
