1. Who we are
Fever Dream Studio is an independent Australian creative studio providing music development, visual direction and release support. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fever Dream Studio.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
your name, email address, phone number and other contact details; artist, project, business or brand information; details about your goals, preferred services, budget, timing and availability; messages, files, links, references and other material you choose to provide; records of quotes, bookings, agreements, invoices and communications; and limited technical information about use of our website, such as device, browser and usage data, where website tools or analytics are enabled.
Please do not provide sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary for your inquiry and you are authorised to disclose it. If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you have permission to do so.
3. How we collect information
We may collect information directly from you when you use our website or Tally inquiry form, email or call us, request a quote, book a service, participate in a project or otherwise communicate with us. We may also receive business contact information through referrals or publicly available professional sources where appropriate.
4. Why we use information
We may use personal information to:
respond to inquiries and assess whether a project is a suitable fit; prepare proposals, quotes, agreements and project recommendations; deliver, administer and improve our services; manage bookings, payments, records and client communications; protect the security and integrity of our website, systems and business; meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations; and send relevant studio news or marketing only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.
5. When we disclose information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only where reasonably necessary to:
trusted contractors or collaborators involved in assessing or delivering your project; technology and administration providers, including Framer, Tally and Google Workspace, as well as payment, accounting, storage or project-management providers we use; professional advisers such as accountants, insurers or lawyers; a purchaser or successor if the studio is restructured or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality; or government, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law.
6. Overseas processing and storage
Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia. Their locations can change over time. Where practical, we select reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect information; however, overseas recipients may be subject to different privacy laws. You can contact us for current information about the providers used for your inquiry or project.
7. Website tools, cookies and analytics
Our website and embedded services may use essential cookies or similar technologies to function. If analytics or other optional tools are enabled, they may collect limited usage data to help us understand and improve the site. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling them may affect functionality. Third-party services operate under their own privacy terms.
8. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practicable.
9. Access and correction
You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or request a correction by emailing holly@feverdreamstudioaus.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within a reasonable period and will explain any lawful reason for refusing a request.
10. Privacy concerns and complaints
Please send privacy questions or complaints to holly@feverdreamstudioaus.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We aim to acknowledge and respond within 30 days. If the Privacy Act applies and you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11. Children and young people
Our services are generally intended for adults. A person under 18 should use the inquiry form only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We may request confirmation of that authority before discussing or accepting a project.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website, services, providers or legal obligations. The current version will be published on our website with its effective date.
