1. About this website
This website introduces Fever Dream Studio and its music development, visual direction and release support services. Website content is general information only and may be changed, corrected or removed without notice.
2. Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting an inquiry form, sending an email or discussing a project does not create a client relationship, confirm availability or oblige either party to proceed. A project begins only after the scope, fees, timing and other terms are agreed in writing, including any proposal, quote or separate Client Services Agreement required by Fever Dream Studio.
3. Information you provide
You agree that information submitted through the website is accurate, current and provided lawfully. You must not submit confidential, unlawful or third-party material unless you have authority to do so. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Quotes, pricing and availability
Any prices, packages, examples, turnaround times or availability shown on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope and pricing depend on the project. Taxes, third-party costs, travel, licences, production expenses and revisions may be additional where identified in a quote or agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including the Fever Dream Studio name and branding, text, graphics, logos, artwork, layouts, photographs, video, audio and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Fever Dream Studio and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, adapt, scrape, publish, distribute, sell, license, frame or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Rights in client work and project deliverables are governed by the applicable written client agreement, not these Website Terms.

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including Tally and social, payment or portfolio platforms. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean we endorse or guarantee the third party. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices to the extent permitted by law.
8. Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or complete. Visual examples, past work and testimonials do not guarantee a particular outcome for a future project. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a statutory guarantee applies, our responsibility will be determined in accordance with that law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fever Dream Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or third-party services. This includes loss caused by reliance on general website information, interruptions, security incidents outside our reasonable control or third-party content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Fever Dream Studio for reasonable loss, damage or expense arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or material you submit without the required rights or authority. This clause does not apply to the extent loss was caused by Fever Dream Studio’s negligence, breach or unlawful conduct.

We may restrict or block access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, the studio or third parties, or where these Terms are materially breached. Provisions intended to survive termination—including intellectual property, liability and governing law—continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the website with its effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from the time of publication.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the website.
